Purse: The purse for the Men’s and Women’s US Open divisions will be structured as $1,000 per team and dictated by the number of teams entered in each, respective division. For example, if 5 Women’s teams are accepted, the purse will be $5,000 or if 12 Men’s teams are accepted, the total purse will be $12,000.

Deadline to Enter: The entry deadline for the U.S. Open is April 15, 2025, when both application and full entry fee is required at the HRSC Office in Virginia Beach. Professional and timely team administration is expected. Team/player history will be required from teams who have not previously participated in NASSC.
International Entries: Must alert local U.S. consulates and football federations regarding intentions to travel to ensure timely passports and visas. Formal NASSC Letters of Invitation are available on request.
Rosters: Rosters are completed online by inviting team members, including players, coaches, and managers, each of whom must complete individual profiles before being placed on the official roster.
Rules: Refer to standard rules published on the tournament website.
Team Size: Maximum of 12 players. No roster changes permitted for any reason once submitted at registration. All players may dress for and compete in a match.
Transportation: There will be no NASSC-sponsored transportation available to and from Norfolk International Airport.
Travel & Lodging: Teams are responsible for their own travel and lodging. Distant travelers routinely develop their own sponsors. Discounted lodging prices are available on a first come – first served basis.
Uniforms: Formal soccer uniforms are required for the U.S. Open, including matching shorts and numbered shirts. Teams should be prepared to wear either light or dark numbered jerseys. Scrimmage vests will not be permitted. The U.S. Open is heavily covered by the media.
